i really like hisuian zoruark and aegeslash and thought they could be genuinly viable in pokemon champions so i made this team around them.

Strategy
if they have sneaseler then always lead hisuian zoruark as psychic can pick up an easy ohko and since its ghost type it is immune to fake out. i like to either disguise it as glimmora or toxicroak as they are usualy prime fake out targets by sneasler and kangaskhan. ageslash is great to bring against teams with garchomp, mega frosslass, or anything with a lot of spread moves due to people not realising that it has wide guard. toxicroak can comfortably ohko things with close combat such as archaludon (no stamina boosts tho), kangaskhan, snorlax, and can deal massive damage to basculegion and mega frosslass with sucker punch. its not the fastest fake out user so usualy i dont bring it out front unless they dont have many/any fake out users. i have trick room on my whimsicot as a way to fight trick room teams as they usualy dont have a way to kill whimsicott unless they double into it due to its focus sash and not many people expect it to have trick room on it so on t2 when the opponent have gotten their trick room off they will try to attack the mega pokemon so i protect the mega and trick room with whimsicott and then focus the trick room setter with mega and moonblast. i bring delphox less than i bring glimmora as a mega however with heat wave and dazzling gleam delphox can chunk a lot of pokemon with effective damage and can get some surprise ohko with dazzling gleam against some dragon types or guarantee ohko against any kommo-o.
Lead Options
whimsicot and zoruark if they have sneasler and a tailwind setter/ a ghost type to lead. against trick room i like to bring glimmora and whimsicot. if i think they are going to lead with a garchomp or something that has spread damage then leading ageslash isnt a bad idea as not many things can ohko it in shield form
Win Conditions
mega glimmora, picking up surprising ohkos with zoruark, mega delphox
Threats & Bad Matchups
bellibolt is a large thread due to nothing being able to ohko it and it being able to heal to near 100% each turn. mega glimmora can 2 shot it with earth power so ti depends on your partner and their partner pokemon. trick room can be a struggle with this team as they are all fast except aegeslash. try to reverse trick room them kill the trick room setter with mega glim.
