Typically lead with Raichu in most games, as he takes out a large number of threats in the meta like Charizard, Archeludon, Staraptor, and can outspeed most of the other problems like Sneaseler and non max speed or scarfed Basculegion. Once some of the first couple threats are dealt with, pokemon like Garchomp, Incineroar and Venusaur can clean up the rest of the battle. Typically I only brought Charizard into non-sun weather teams to counter their weather.

Raichu + Incineroar, Raichu + Whimsicott, Charizard + Venusaur, Charizard+ Whimsicott
Win Conditions
Get early kills with megas to put you ahead, then bring the late game carries like Garchomp and Venusaur to clean up the late game.
Threats & Bad Matchups
Sand teams could cause some issues if they can work around your weather or if you didn't bring Charizard. Trick room can also be a problem, so taking out pokemon like Farigiraf very early are basically required.
