Most of the time it's a rain team. Pelipper and Swampert are best friends. But it can pivot into a disruptive team with decent bulk and high damage.

Swampert + Pelipper, Swampert + Ariados, Floette + Tsareena
Win Conditions
Mostly keeping Swampert alive to take care of some of the threats. Pelipper setting up tailwind and keeping rain up also steers the advantage towards you.
Threats & Bad Matchups
Raichu Y can be a problem, but if you play around it by keeping Pelipper safe and killing it with Swampert quickly, it shouldn't be too bad. Snow and sun can often be problems as well, but you can keep Pelipper in the back for once they mega evolve to overwrite their weather. It mostly comes down to the pilot.
